Rueben G Collins

Rueben G Collins is a disabled Gulf War 1 Navy Veteran who specialized in Inland and Maritime Rescue Operations. After a short but successful career in the Defense Industry, and a major cervical spine reconstruction surgery, he began to pursue educational goals at Santa Rosa Junior College. It was there that he met Diana and was introduced to the wonderful world of equine therapy. The rest as they say is history. Rueben was the inspiration for creating Horses Building Communities.
